As a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for numerous Bamboo Migration clients. This role provides the chance to engage with cutting-edge Microsoft SharePoint technologies and solutions within a vibrant work atmosphere. The ideal candidate must effectively interact with end users of varying technical expertise and communicate proficiently through various channels including email, telephone, help desk tickets, and online meeting platforms.

This role offers full-time remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

The Support Specialist will undertake the following daily tasks, which include but are not limited to:

  • Manage incoming support tickets via the help desk system or phone calls
  • Escalate issues to the Support Team Lead or other departments as necessary
  • Participate in regular daily and weekly meetings
  • Address post-migration tickets during standard business hours and occasionally after hours
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in SharePoint, OneDrive, and supporting Microsoft 365 products
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Experience as a M365 administrator and familiarity with Azure AD
  • Knowledge of designing solutions that leverage SharePoint Online capabilities (Hub Sites, Term Store, Enterprise Keywords, SPFx Deployment, Content Types, etc.)
  • Proven ability to anticipate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SharePoint issues while escalating incidents as needed on behalf of clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and ensure effective follow-through
  • A collaborative mindset to work efficiently within a team
  • Experience with networking, server, application, and web technologies
  • Familiarity with various presentation tools, including PowerPoint and Teams
Preferred Skills

It is advantageous for candidates to have:

  • Experience with Scrum and/or Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Bamboo Solutions products
  • Familiarity with IT management products and services
  • Microsoft certification related to SharePoint/Microsoft 365
  • Previous experience with PowerShell
  • Understanding of GCC High
  • Experience in Managed Services
  • Knowledge of information architecture and governance policy creation
  • Demonstrated success in business growth and identifying opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service
