Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in a critical environment role. As a Critical Environment Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems for our data centers and other critical environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems for data centers and other critical environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical systems meet performance and reliability requirements.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex technical and design challenges.
  • Write and review technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a critical environment role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • Experience with data center design and operation.
  • Knowledge of mechanical codes and regulations.
  • Project management experience.
  • Technical knowledge in the operation of facility environments' various heating and cooling systems.
