Job Opportunity: Lower Elementary Guide

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lower Elementary Guide to join our team at Breakthrough Montessori PCS. As a Lower Elementary Guide, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Maintain a well-organized and prepared learning environment that promotes independence, self-discipline, and responsibility.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that support student development and achievement.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive school community.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in Montessori education and child development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • AMI or AMS Montessori Elementary diploma required.
  • Experience working with diverse populations of students and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
