Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Brentwood, TN location. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing knowledge and solutions to our customers, differentiating us from the competition and giving a face to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
  • Gain a quick and solid understanding of our electronic retail and cross-referencing system
  • Develop technical skills to work with small parts and tools for phone repair and device repair

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred
  • Customer service and sales-oriented with high motivation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
