As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service in line with HomeTeam Pest Defense standards and metrics.
  • Providing information to potential customers, initiating new services, and accurately setting up customer accounts.
  • Fostering positive relationships with customers.
  • Escalating relevant inquiries or issues to management.
  • Engaging with customers to calm and resolve their concerns.
