Job DescriptionAt SPECIAL TESTING LABORATORIES I, we are seeking a skilled Business Development/Sales Professional to join our team. As a Business Development/Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with management to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to pursue them, and execute plans to achieve sales goals. This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities• Manage bidding, proposals, and pricing for construction projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
• Provide expert advice to clients on industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals

Requirements• 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree required
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, time management, interpersonal, and follow-through skills
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Acrobat, or ability to learn
