We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Director to lead our maintenance team at our Bethel, CT facility. As a key member of our IS AER FED division, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $83,250 - $117,700.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs
  • Lead and motivate maintenance personnel to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
  • Supervise outside contractors and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Budget and control departmental expenditures to optimize resource allocation
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with department leaders
  • Ensure a safe operational environment through adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
