Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Controller to join our dynamic team at OrthoAlaska LLC. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial management and leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct Accounting Activities: Oversee accounts payable, general ledger, purchasing, and payroll functions, ensuring efficient processing and timely completion.
  • Foster a Culture of Excellence: Develop and implement internal controls, promote a culture of integrity, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies, drive business growth, and enhance operational efficiency.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, profit sharing, paid time off, and an employee assistance program.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Accredited Accounting Degree: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum three years of management experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare.
  • Superior Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent training, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
