About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Fundraising Leader to join our team at Pea Search. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and community leaders
  • Lead a team of fundraising professionals to cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts and grants
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to engage and support them in their fundraising role
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive donor database and reporting system

Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, with a proven track record of success
