Job Title: Strategy and Business Development Manager for Data Centers

Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Business Development Manager to lead high-priority projects for the Global Data Centers and Distributed IT Segment. This role is a hybrid work model and can be based at one of our locations in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL, or Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead strategic planning efforts for the Electrical Sector and individual Divisions
  • Work with segment and business leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and priorities
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of target markets, Eaton's Electrical Sector business, and its competitors
  • Help develop strategic rationale and quantify organic and inorganic investment requirements
  • Support teams in evaluating specific acquisition, divestiture, joint venture, or venture capital opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in in-house corporate or divisional strategy, management consulting, product management, and/or corporate development settings
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience using strategic frameworks and analytical tools, conducting industry / market / competitor / business case analyses
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working in Data Center/Distributed IT industry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration
  • Professional experience working in large global matrix environment
