Key Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an unparalleled customer service experience.

  • Achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets through strategic initiatives.
  • Implementing effective outbound calling strategies.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of sales experience.
  • A background in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree is preferred but not required.

What We Offer:
We provide a dynamic work environment within a stable, privately held company, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • A Monday to Friday work schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend events.
  • Unlimited earning potential with commission opportunities, with a starting salary range of $40,000 to $45,000 per year.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, effective the first of the month after 60 days of service.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) starting at 32 hours after 90 days of service, plus an additional 40 hours after one year.
  • Eight paid holidays, including your birthday, effective the first of the month after 60 days of service.
  • A 401(k) plan available after 90 days of service.
