Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Commonwealth Building Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects, from pre-construction to post-construction. This includes planning, coordinating, and controlling construction resources and activities, as well as ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from pre-construction to post-construction
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage construction resources and activities
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Manage and lead a team of construction professionals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success
  • Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance processes
  • Manage and track project budgets and job costing
  • Prepare and manage project reports and documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Procore
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
