Job Summary

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, donors, and partners.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure resources and support.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive organizational improvement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a strong preference for an MBA or related advanced degree.
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising, including major gifts, individual and planned giving, and special events.
  • Sound business acumen, acquired through successful management, fundraising, financial, and operational experience.
  • Experience working effectively with a committed Board of Directors.
  • Accomplished strategic and motivational leader, with a record of building teams and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Executive presence and a personal demeanor that engenders confidence and respect.
