Job Summary

The Consulting Projects Manager (CPM) plays a vital role as a member of a Dini Spheris consulting team, serving as the administrative and logistical hub of each client project. The CPM facilitates client project management and supports internal firm projects, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare campaign meeting agendas, reports, and action items to advance client projects
  • Coordinate project schedules and assignments for clients and client committees
  • Coordinate activities between clients and Dini Spheris team members
  • Participate in client strategizing sessions and meetings with Dini Spheris team members, client staff, and client volunteers
  • Schedule and coordinate calendars for client meetings and project-related interviews
  • Assist with the coordination and development of special research, marketing, and communications projects
  • Write and edit various materials, including grant proposals, reports, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate the development of campaign collateral materials
  • Conduct prospect research, track detailed moves management processes, and maintain action items for multiple Dini Spheris team members and clients
  • Provide logistical and tactical support for consulting teams as needed
  • Assist with other projects as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in nonprofit fundraising
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Sound judgment and the ability to customize work and approaches to fit distinct client settings and projects
  • Attention to detail in written and financial documents
  • A confident, collaborative, and mature approach to work
  • A willingness to develop a personal commitment to the desired culture, values, and strategic direction of Dini Spheris
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of internet navigation and research
  • Knowledge of or aptitude and readiness to learn wealth screening, survey, Salesforce, and other analytic software and tools used by those serving in this role
Compensation and Benefits
  • BASE SALARY (ANNUALIZED): $50,000 to $75,000, commensurate with qualifications
  • BONUS AWARDS: Discretionary up to 10% annually, based on company and individual performance
  • 401(K) PLAN and ESOP PLAN: Combined employer contributions to 401k and ESOP by the company up to 12%
