About the Role

Bayer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Sales Consultant to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving clinical demand, education, and sales of our innovative oncology products to medical oncologists and mid-level healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship building
  • Strong clinical knowledge of oncology and related products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
