Overview
Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Sales Consultant to join our sales team. As an IT Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in growing our sales through prospecting, presenting, and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply in-depth knowledge of our IT services, programs, and sales methodology to address complex and strategic opportunities.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities using various methods, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and attending industry events.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and present tailored IT service solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster long-term business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the Managed IT Services or IT Services industry.
- Average tenure of at least 3 years in your last 3 jobs.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven sales/business development experience with a strong record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Strong preference for outside & direct sales.
- Exceptional prospecting skills with a proven prospecting methodology.
