Position Overview: Human Resources Specialist at Santa Fe Recovery Center
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist focused on recruitment and training to enhance our team at Santa Fe Recovery Center, a leading provider of treatment services for substance use disorders and mental health.

The Human Resources Specialist will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and will be instrumental in various HR functions, such as managing personnel records, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
- Support employee engagement and development initiatives
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
- Participate in HR quality improvement initiatives
- Utilize problem-solving skills and maintain knowledge of HR policies
- Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
- Completion of Associate Professional Human Resources Certification within one year
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related discipline
- Experience in an HR department and familiarity with HRIS software
