Job Summary

Dobbs Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets, as well as other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • PC literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
