Overview:
This role is part of the Information Technology Service Delivery team, under the guidance of the Telecommunications Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical assistance ranging from basic to advanced levels in various domains.
2. Over five (5) years of experience in managing and supporting audio and video conferencing systems, specifically utilizing Webex.
3. Offer endpoint support, aiding users with both simple and intricate audio-visual challenges.
4. A minimum of five (5) years in telecommunications, including expertise with switches, routers, Centrex systems, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP).
5. Five (5) years of experience with iOS and cellular network operations, particularly using Workspace One/Airwatch.
6. Engage in project stakeholder activities for projects of varying scales.

Qualifications:
This position necessitates strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to cultivate effective professional relationships with clients across the organization.

Demonstrated productivity and exceptional organizational abilities are essential.

Completion of Webex Hub Professional training and certifications is mandatory within the initial onboarding period.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel to various locations may be necessary for technical support, equipment installations, and training sessions.
