Insurance Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Niehaus Insurance Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, nurturing important connections, and ensuring seamless policy administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Communication and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to foster ongoing sales and renewals.
- Policy Administration and Management: Manage client communications, track policy details and documentation, and ensure timely processing of claims and policy updates.
- Industry Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with industry standards, insurance products, and policy updates through regular training and education.
- Business Development and Growth: Identify new business opportunities, create competitive quotes, and cultivate relationships with potential clients and companies we represent.
- Qualifications and Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree required, or commensurate insurance industry experience. Active insurance license in your state or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
