About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Niehaus Insurance Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, nurturing new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless policy administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent.
  • New Business Development: Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance through consultative selling.
  • Policy Administration: Determine client needs, offer and sell new policies, manage household reviews and renewals, and update policy changes on customer accounts.
  • Client Communication: Answer client inquiries regarding policy or billing questions, including explanations about coverage or rate adjustments.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a Property and Casualty (P&C) role, such as an Account Manager, Customer Service Representative (CSR), or Producer.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid Ohio Property and Casualty License required.
  • Skills: Excellent follow-up skills, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
