ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is a dynamic and forward-thinking medical organization seeking a highly skilled Regional Medical Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Regional Medical Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Operations in training, planning, and analyzing practice operations within the medical organization. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with multiple office managers to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide training and support to managers and staff, and serve as a liaison between physicians and staff to resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with peers to proactively identify and address operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Accounting, Finance, Nursing, or related field.
  • Minimum five years of management experience in a medical office, managing 10 or more employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Basic Accounting Principles.
  • Strong customer service skills and ethics.
  • Strong organizational skills and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail and ability to lead and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed within Florida.

Physical Demands: The position requires coordination, manual, and physical dexterity to use office equipment, and may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Travel between ENTAAF offices within Florida may be required. The incumbent must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
