Teaching Opportunity at Success Academy

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team at Success Academy, a network of top-performing charter schools in New York City. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and align with curriculum standards.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing timely feedback and support to help students improve.
  • Classroom Management: Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues, and collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
  • Ability to work in person in New York City (a $2500 stipend is available for qualified relocations).

Compensation:

Starting salary: $65,000.00
