About the Role
The Bonneville Environmental Foundation seeks an exceptional Program Director to spearhead our Renewables Program, driving innovation and sustainability across diverse communities. This pivotal position requires a strategic thinker with expertise in federal program management, budget management, and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, industry, and nonprofit sectors
- Lead a skilled team in effective program execution, promoting social equity and sustainability

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in program management or project leadership
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees favored
- Proven track record of driving innovation and sustainability initiatives

Benefits:
- Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 annually
- Employer-paid medical, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and retirement plan

- Four-week paid sabbatical after first 6 years, then every 5 years thereafter
