Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to serve as our Deputy Director of Health Reform Initiatives. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to join our leadership team and contribute to the advancement of our mission and goals.
ResponsibilitiesThe Deputy Director of Health Reform Initiatives will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to advance our mission and improve the health outcomes of Oregonians. This includes:
- Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement policy initiatives;
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, including community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies;
- Providing strategic guidance and support to our leadership team;
- Maintaining strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health, healthcare administration, or policy analysis;
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or government setting;
- Proven expertise in program evaluation, performance reporting, and strategic planning;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
