**Job Summary**
We are looking for a visionary leader with strong business acumen to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient use of staff resources, and timely completion of deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading small to medium-sized organizations, navigating financial challenges, and creating a solid record of strong business management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement programmatic, organizational, and financial plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors and staff
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient use of staff resources and timely completion of deliverables
- Work closely with the Board to define and communicate the organization's vision and develop strategies for its achievement
- Collaborate with stakeholders, decision-makers in public policy forums, and the public to assure a strong, positive image of the organization and its mission
**Requirements**
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience and/or relevant certifications
- Business acumen, integrity, credibility, inspirational leadership, initiative, vision, competence, responsiveness, and inclusiveness
- Experience leading a remote workforce and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Estimated salary: $220,000 - $280,000 per year based on location and qualifications
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance
- Paid time off (240 hours annually), paid holidays (11 days per year), and additional optional benefits such as flexible spending accounts and health savings account
