About The Role:

The AZEK Company is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to lead our customer experience team. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Make informed and timely decisions to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • 5 years of proven experience in a customer service management role
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Compensation: The annual salary for this position ranges from $73,000 in our lowest market up to $90,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
