About the Job

Catapult is seeking an experienced Part Time Office Administrator to join our team in Downtown Raleigh. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to office staff, visitors, and clients
  • Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, mail, and office supplies
  • Coordinate office events and logistics, including employee engagement programs and initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field of study required, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience in a Front Desk Administrator position with 50+ employees and multiple office locations preferred
  • Valid Driver's License; must be able to pass a motor vehicle check
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Welcoming, approachable, and courteous demeanor
  • Advanced skills in customer service and attention to detail

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
