Your Impact:

  • Exhibiting a high degree of "Hospitality Quotient" characterized by kindness, optimism, curiosity, strong work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Engaging regularly with customers, Service Advisors, fellow Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and Management.
  • Executing vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks as outlined in the repair order with precision and efficiency, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage workflow and customer interactions smoothly.
  • Diagnosing and rectifying any issues with customer approval.
  • Conducting thorough inspections and offering sound recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
  • Documenting all work performed on each vehicle in the repair order.
  • Staying informed on factory technical bulletins and participating in necessary factory-sponsored training sessions.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience to build loyalty.
  • Meeting the targeted Customer Satisfaction Index.

Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
  • A collaborative team player dedicated to exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Possession of a valid in-state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
