This position is not entry-level; we are looking for candidates with substantial automotive parts experience, including inventory management and familiarity with electronic parts catalogs, manufacturer programs, and warranties. Experience with specific manufacturer catalogs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell parts to auto body shops, independent repair facilities, and other wholesale businesses through various communication channels including phone, fax, email, and direct sales.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist wholesale customers with their parts requirements.
  • Resolve issues, create invoices, process orders, handle returns and warranties, and receive parts deliveries.
  • Act as a backup for retail parts personnel when necessary.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and technicians, necessitating strong communication skills, the ability to make informed recommendations, and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

Your daily responsibilities will include visiting wholesale customers and delivering parts as required. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.

Work will be conducted both indoors and outdoors, with up to 75% of your shift spent visiting wholesale and independent shops. Physical requirements include standing and walking for up to 30% of the work shift and the ability to frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
