Job Overview

We are in search of a committed and customer-oriented Automotive Service Consultant to become part of our team. In this position, you will serve as the main liaison for our customers, delivering exceptional service and expert guidance regarding their automotive requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries, providing precise information and recommendations.
  • Suggest suitable services and repairs based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
  • Offer detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers.
  • Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests.
  • Collaborate with technicians and the service department to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport with customers and deliver outstanding service.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software utilized in automotive service management.
