About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Image Source. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Account Executives in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative support to our Account Executives, including product ideation and quoting, sales process oversight, and pre-production mockups.
  • Communicate directly with existing and prospective clients to understand their marketing needs and provide follow-up support.
  • Work closely with our preferred vendors to ensure all projects meet client deadlines.
  • Coordinate project activities and deliverables across various teams.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong understanding and display of customer service excellence.
  • Customer-focused with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP data entry systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Prior experience in the promotional products industry is highly desired, but not required.
