Position: Account Coordinator

Image Source is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our Account Executives. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate project execution. Responsibilities include product ideation, sales process management, and creating pre-production mockups. The Account Coordinator will engage with both current and potential clients across various platforms to assess their marketing requirements and follow up on orders. Collaboration with preferred vendors is key to meeting client deadlines and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively addressing challenges and devising innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the sales process from order entry to client and supplier communications, ensuring successful project completion.
  • Coordinate project tasks and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Prepare and present product quotes to both new and existing clients.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support to foster customer loyalty.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to achieve daily objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Customer-centric with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP data entry systems is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a talent for relationship building.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Prior experience in the promotional products sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to delivering creative solutions.
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
