Job Overview

Image Source is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our Account Executives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of projects. Responsibilities will encompass product ideation, pricing strategies, oversight of the sales process, and the creation of pre-production mockups.

The ideal candidate will engage directly with both current and potential clients across various platforms to assess their marketing requirements and manage order follow-ups. Collaboration with our preferred vendors is crucial to guarantee that all projects adhere to client deadlines.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand and meet their needs.

Qualifications
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Client-focused with robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP data entry systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for relationship building.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Prior experience in the promotional products sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A passionate approach to delivering creative solutions with proven results.
  • Basic graphic design skills or knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
