About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established real estate management firm with a national presence and a strong reputation for success and professional development.

Your Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for a community comprising approximately 450+ units, including both market rate and affordable housing.
  • Mentor, train, and cultivate a team, which includes maintenance and leasing personnel.
  • Formulate and manage the operational income and expense budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and housing legislation.
  • Provide the highest level of resident satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:
