Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Administrator to join our team at Cornerstone Community Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve member complaints and errors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly share certificate and money market fund rate comparisons.
  • Process tax levies, restraining notices, and post-70 1/2 IRA distributions.
  • Manage files related to death claims and process abandoned property and IRA reports.
  • Support the back-end processing of online account openings and ensure accurate payments and general ledger balances.
  • Review daily reports, including dividend rate changes, no statement fields, and monthly reports.
  • Assist with member plus reporting and support the safe deposit box services.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning documents, pulling closed account signature cards, and processing letters from dormant account reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school degree required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of member service/branch operations experience.
  • Experience within the financial services industry strongly preferred.
  • Bondable upon initial employment and throughout term of employment.
Working Conditions

The Branch Operations Administrator will typically work in a seated position but may require standing for short periods. The role involves extensive wrist and hand movements, and individuals must be able to perform these movements without significant risk of injury.
