Groundskeeper/Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds/Housekeeper to join our team at Dietz Property Group. As a key member of our residential property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and community cleanliness for our residents.

• Maintain the grounds, landscaping, patios/decks, and building common areas in a safe and appealing manner.
• Perform lawn care tasks, including mowing, weeding, and edging, as well as clearing snow and ice from designated areas.
• Monitor grounds and pick up debris to ensure curb appeal is maintained.
• Maintain playground and recreational equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in apartment units and building common areas.
• Communicate with team members and residents to ensure quality service is provided.

• General knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
• Basic knowledge of pools, sprinkler systems, lawn care equipment, and small engines.
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license.

• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Frequently lift and/or move items over 20 pounds.
• Very active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment, snow-blower, plow, salt, spreader, chipper, edger, shrub trimmer, weed whip, leaf blower, tractor, sprayers, fertilizer spreader, and miscellaneous hand tools.
• Frequent travel by car or golf cart between buildings.
