Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve member complaints and errors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly share certificate and money market fund rate comparisons.
  • Process tax levies, restraining notices, and post-70 1/2 IRA distributions.
  • Manage files related to death claims and process abandoned property and IRA reports.
  • Support the back-end operations of online account opening, ensuring accurate payments and maintaining a balanced general ledger.
  • Review daily reports, including dividend rate changes, no statement fields, and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Team Lead to support Safe Deposit Box Services and manage operational mail.
  • Prepare and process account verifications, address verifications, and mortgage reverifications of statements.
  • Support the Retail Branch, including scanning member documents, pulling closed account signature cards, and processing letters from dormant account reports.
Requirements
  • High school degree required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of member service/branch operations experience.
  • Experience within the financial services industry strongly preferred.
  • Bondable upon initial employment and throughout the term of employment.
Working Conditions

The Branch Operations Administrator will typically work in a seated position but may require standing for short periods. The role involves extensive wrist and hand movements, and individuals must be able to perform these movements without significant risk of injury.
