Position: Intelligence Collective Training Subject Matter Expert

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Intelligence Collective Training Subject Matter Expert to provide in-depth expertise in Military Intelligence collective training and exercise design, along with training doctrine and policy development. The ideal candidate will assess client needs and define training objectives in alignment with industry standards and requirements. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering expertise in Military Intelligence collective training and designing training exercises.
  • Developing or adjusting procedures to address complex challenges, taking into account equipment capabilities and desired outcomes.
  • Analyzing business and user requirements, documenting them, and translating them into precise specifications.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior Business Systems Analysts.
  • Conducting research and analysis on current and prospective military intelligence initiatives.
  • Facilitating communication between leadership and program development teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
  • Collaborating with Military Intelligence operations and training leaders.
  • Researching and evaluating information across various Military domains.
  • Providing training support for intelligence initiatives across diverse functional areas.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% may be necessary.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; however, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Security Clearance: A minimum of Top-Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility is required. Selected candidates may undergo additional security investigations and must meet further eligibility criteria.

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
