Amentum is seeking a Training Developer (Specialist) to support our customer, Project Manager Intelligent Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A).

This role is pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of military training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs for Military Intelligence systems in accordance with AR 350-1 and TRADOC Regulations.
  • Create intelligence products across various operational levels.
  • Validate and verify training support packages (TSPs) to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Utilize the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) to create comprehensive training materials.
  • Maintain and update the Training Development Capability (TDC) to reflect current standards.
  • Develop and sustain interactive multimedia instruction, eLearning, and web-based training content, including Soldier Training Packages (STP) and Training Support Packages (TSP).
  • Employ electronic training applications such as video teleconferencing and computer-based training to enhance training delivery.
  • Create instructional videos, quick reference guides, and other support materials to assist users in maintaining proficiency.
  • Conduct Instructor and Key Personnel Training (IKPT) events to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Perform quality control reviews on training content prior to delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with project teams, vendors, software engineers, and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings related to software/hardware development cycles to identify potential training challenges.
  • Assist in the formulation of a New Equipment Training (NET) strategy and the development of a NET-Plan.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in developing intelligence products at various operational levels.
  • Experience in the validation and verification of training support packages (TSP).

Clearance Requirement:

  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret with SCI. US Citizenship is necessary to obtain this clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related technical field is required.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience in training development for Military Intelligence systems.
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrable experience with updating Army Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) and other Army training databases.
  • Additional experience may substitute for educational requirements.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 25% travel may be necessary, including both domestic and international locations.

Work Environment:

This position will be integrated with the customer and other contractors in government office settings.
