  • Assess and validate training support packages (TSPs) for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Create training materials utilizing the ADDIE model alongside other Army training frameworks.
  • Maintain and enhance the Training Development Capability (TDC).
  • Develop and update Interactive Multimedia Instruction, eLearning, and Web-Based Training resources.
  • Leverage electronic training tools to improve training outcomes.
  • Produce instructional videos, quick reference guides, and supplementary materials to enhance user skills.
  • Facilitate Instructor and Key Personnel Training (IKPT) sessions.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on training materials prior to dissemination.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in meetings pertinent to software and hardware development processes.
  • Contribute to the formulation of New Equipment Training (NET) strategies and the creation of NET plans.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding technical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Proven expertise in the development of intelligence products at multiple echelons.
  • Experience in the validation and verification of training support packages (TSP).

Clearance Requirements:

  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/ SCI. US Citizenship is mandatory for a Top Secret with SCI clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related Technical field.
  • A minimum of ten years of direct experience in the development of training for Military Intelligence systems in compliance with AR 350-1 and TRADOC Regulations.
  • At least ten years of demonstrable experience in updating the Army Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) and other relevant Army training databases.
  • Additional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Travel Requirements:

Anticipated travel of up to 25% for this role, including both domestic and international destinations.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily office-based.

  • Ability to move independently.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Capacity to endure extended periods of sitting and computer usage.
  • Ability to climb various structures and lift heavy items.
  • Exposure to equipment noise is expected.

Position Type and Work Hours:

This is a full-time role with flexible hours and occasional travel outside of standard working hours.
