Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Junior Intel Analyst to support a Federal government client. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for providing technical support in the preparation, review, analysis, coordination, and maintenance of requirements documentation used in force management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, restructuring, rebalancing, transformation, and sustainment of Military Intelligence (MI) organizations and systems.
  • Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and developments.
  • Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address force management challenges.
  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including Table of Organization and Equipment (TOE) and TDA AUG/TDA documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as intelligence analysis, military science, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, including analytical review of military support operations missions, functions, roles, and associated tasks.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and gather information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced demonstration of writing and correspondence skills.
  • Knowledge of the Baseline Submission Plan (BSP) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
