Role Overview:

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training programs for Military Intelligence systems in accordance with AR 350-1 and TRADOC Regulations.
  • Generate intelligence products across various levels of command.
  • Assess and confirm the integrity of training support packages (TSPs).
  • Create training resources utilizing the ADDIE model and other Army training frameworks.
  • Revise and enhance the Training Development Capability (TDC).
  • Develop and refresh Interactive Multimedia Instruction, eLearning, and Web-Based Training materials.
  • Leverage electronic training tools to improve training outcomes.
  • Produce instructional videos, quick reference guides, and other essential resources to facilitate user expertise.
  • Conduct Instructor and Key Personnel Training (IKPT) sessions.
  • Perform quality assurance evaluations on training materials prior to dissemination.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in various discussions related to software and hardware development cycles.
  • Assist in formulating New Equipment Training (NET) strategies and creating NET plans.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding technical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in developing intelligence products at multiple command levels.
  • Expertise in the validation and verification of training support packages (TSP).

Clearance Requirements:

  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret with SCI. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for a Top Secret with SCI clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related Technical field.
  • A minimum of ten years of direct experience in training development for Military Intelligence systems in line with AR 350-1 and TRADOC Regulations.
  • At least ten years of demonstrable experience in updating the Army Systems Approach to Training (ASAT) and other Army training databases.
  • Additional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Travel Requirements:

Anticipated travel of up to 25% for both domestic and international assignments.

Work Environment:

This role will be primarily based in a designated location.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move independently.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Capability to endure extended periods of sitting and computer usage.
  • Ability to climb various structures and lift heavy items.
  • Exposure to equipment noise is expected.

Position Type and Work Hours:

This is a full-time role with flexible hours and occasional travel outside of standard working hours.
