We are seeking a friendly and motivated Valet/Bell Attendant to join our team at the Mokara Hotel & Spa. As a Valet/Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, including luggage handling and parking assistance.
  • Operate standard motor vehicles safely and efficiently in limited parking areas.
  • Retrieve guest vehicles and deliver messages as needed.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
  • Work collaboratively with the bell team to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Previous valet experience is a plus.
  • Excellent grooming and body language to represent the brand.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and work on feet entire shift.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Alcohol training certification (TABC) is required.
