Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team at The Avers Agency. As an entry-level insurance agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry while working with a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement our proven sales system in the field, which is taught in training, to facilitate insurance sales among new and prospective clients.
- Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals.
- Implement marketing strategies, including cold calling and networking, to connect with potential clients while maintaining a portfolio of current clients.
- Conduct meetings with new and potential clients, carefully listening to their individual circumstances to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs.
- Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio.
- Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fundamental computer skills and/or experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
