About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Good4U Crew as a Cashier (Good4U Customer Care). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our unique products, and supporting our mission to empower people to experience health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Perform cashiering duties, accurately handling transactions and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Support various departments, including stocking, receiving, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
  • Participate in company initiatives, such as promoting special events and programs, and engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Gain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on our unique offerings and being able to answer customer questions with confidence.
Requirements
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Cashiering skills and ability to handle money accurately.
  • Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
