About You:

You are a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in the semiconductor industry. Your expertise lies in understanding customer business fundamentals and driving their financial success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Your exceptional communication skills enable you to articulate the value of our solutions to customers, resonating with them and driving decision-making. With a deep understanding of the semiconductor market, you excel in elevating the sales conversation to focus on value-based selling and strategic alliances.

This role can be based out of our offices in Austin, Texas, or California, offering you an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-performing sales team.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement scalable go-to-market strategies that align with Synopsys' growth objectives.
  • Understand customer business fundamentals to help them achieve their financial metrics through Synopsys solutions.
  • Build robust business cases and ROI analyses to clearly articulate the value proposition of Synopsys solutions.
  • Leverage technical expertise to engage customers in higher-level strategic conversations.
  • Drive business development, partnerships, and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Enhance the GTM teams' capabilities in understanding customer needs and value-based selling.
  • Build a team of solutions Sales leaders within the GTM organization.
  • Transform the Synopsys culture to focus on solutions that are most impactful to our customers.
  • Travel globally up to 50%.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of customer business fundamentals and financial metrics.
  • Ability to build compelling business cases and ROI analyses.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills at senior management levels.

Join Our Team:

You will lead a dynamic and high-performing sales team focused on driving growth and innovation in the semiconductor industry. The team is dedicated to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that provide significant value.

As a Strategic Semiconductor Sales Leader, your estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on your location and experience. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
