Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Engaging Lesson Plans
  • Develop and Maintain Positive Relationships with Students, Parents, and Colleagues
  • Collaborate with Center Staff to Achieve Academic and Enrollment Goals
  • Provide High-Quality Instruction and Support to Meet the Unique Needs of Each Child
  • Participate in Professional Development Opportunities to Enhance Teaching Skills and Knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or Willingness to Obtain
  • Meet State-Specific Qualifications for the Role or Willingness to Obtain
  • Ability to Lift a Minimum of 40 Pounds and Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
