Our Team:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Montessori Educators, Assistant Teachers, and Child Care Professionals at our Guidepost Montessori schools. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to inspire young children aged 0 to 6, helping them develop independence, self-confidence, and a passion for learning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for dedicated Montessori Educators to provide support in a Montessori environment for children ranging from Infants to preschool age. Assistant Teachers play a crucial role in creating an environment that promotes independence and engages children's curiosity. Educators offer personalized guidance, individual and small-group lessons, and foster children's skills and confidence through carefully designed materials and activities.

We are also seeking Child Care Professionals who are committed to nurturing each child's potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and cater to the individual needs of children.
  • Create an environment that encourages independence and focus.
  • Deliver individual and small-group lessons to support children's growth.
  • Build strong connections with each child and foster a collaborative and respectful community.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children aged 0-6.
  • AA degree or 20 units in ECE or Child Development.
