Role Summary
The Parent-Child Visit Supervisor will be engaged in overseeing parent-child interactions for families referred through a specialized court program. This part-time role requires a commitment of up to 18 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.


Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise family visits in various settings, including home and community environments.
2. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and implement effective strategies.
3. Prepare and submit progress reports as mandated by relevant authorities.
4. Conduct initial assessments for new families entering the program.
5. Provide transportation for families to visit locations, ensuring the safety and security of children during transit.


Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with families is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with social service professionals.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and database software.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
